There are so many great Spanish fish recipes! Spain would not be Spain without fish and they have access to some of the best and freshest in the world!

Spaniards usually cook their fish very simply, often just seasoning it with some salt, pepper and lemon juice. Then they cook it to perfection letting the natural fresh taste dominate!

As I am originally from the US Midwest, and I never really had much fresh fish growing up. I tried it again after moving to Spain, and I have been addicted ever since! These are healthy recipes and just taste great!

You will also find a small selection of seafood (shellfish) recipes here. I hope you can get some nice fresh fish and try these out! ¡Que bueno!
